※ You cook two side dishes out of “Ichi-ju san-sai (one soup and three side dishes,)” and will be served with a bowl of soup, white rice, and pickles.
During the demonstration, you can also enjoy appetizers and beverages, including Japanese sake for free. Just have fun.
